Every board company offers custom boards, but to what extent? In larger companies, the smaller details are often overlooked. Starting with the actual process of shaping the board,I offer every single customer the option of being present in the shaping room while I am shaping their particular board. Working with them ensures a shape that is as accurate to what they want, down to the smallest detail.
Hand Crafted
I hand shape practically every board that is made here. I suppose I'm one of the few shapers left that still enjoys the process. I can do any type of custom artwork or color work you can imagine. When the board is glassed, they can even choose the exact placement and color of the laminates. I build a custom board in the truest sense of the word.
Shaper Accessibility
Throughout my career, I have always made myself readily available to customers for any and all questions regarding their boards. It is not uncommon for me to spend several hours discussing the details and endless variables of a board the customer has in mind. The more information I can get from them, the closer I can come to their vision.
